Gourmand course

This is a relatively recently introduced course which has been part of our offer for two years now. It is organised aboard the new Elan 45, a sailing boat which boasts not only all possible sailing and safety equipment but also a spacious and powerful refrigerator and a gorgeous and very efficient cooker equipped with an oven. When you add to those amenities the riches of Dalmatian fish-markets and skills of Mr. Živko Matutinović, the cooking guru, a gourmand adventure is ready to begin...

The rout can be modified depending on wind conditions, but the usual one is as follows: Jezera - Skradin - Makarska - Vela Luka - Vis - Trogir - Jezera.

If you want to participate in this course you have to be familiar with the sailing basics and have a good appetite.
Živko EXCLUSIVELY is responsible for this course, and why - you will see it for yourself.
All you have to do is to sail and wait for Živko to prepare some of his delicacies: lešada utisno, pašticada, pašta fažol na brudet, rižot "jedan škamp jedno zrno riže", kalja, kaštradina...
Daily menu depends on what the fish-markets offer and on what you catch yourself, because the fishing tackle is an integral part of the sailing boat equipment.
